Fair price Starting at $199.00 for homes up to 1999 square feet on a slab foundation. Homes above 2000 square feet a the fee is 10% of the square footage. Example: 2800 sqft = $280.00 dollars. Home Inspections can take about an hour per 1000 square feet depending on the size and condition of the home.
Add $75.00 for conventional foundation. Add $75.00 for pool inspection if done with the home inspection. Add $25.00-$75.00 for detached buildings or other structures depending on if storage or living space.
