I am licensed for inspecting both new and pre-owned homes in Tennessee and Mississippi. Inspectors are required to be licensed in Tennessee since June 30,2006. On July 1,2001 Mississippi created two Home inspector designations, "Home Inspector" and "New Home Inspector". How Knowledgeable are you?
Is meeting the minimum requirements for a Home inspector license enough for you? Besides being fully licensed and insured as a Certified Home Inspector I hold licenses for the Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical trades. I also hold current certifications as a Residential Code Inspector. You might say I understand houses inside and out. I don't point out defects and run! I take the time to discuss the defects and possible resolutions with you. I also teach the state approved Home Inspection Licensing course. Agents often call me with questions pertaining to houses!
Are you a Professional?
I usually arrive 20 minutes early, professionally dressed and ready to go! I work efficiently, using the best inspection techniques. I will answer any questions you have before, during or after the home inspection.
Is working with you Convenient?
Don't you just love voice mail! In this age of automation isn't it nice to pick up the phone and actually get a live person. Call me and I will answer the phone and book your inspection when it is convenient for you.
Are your reports easy to read?
What good is report that has to be explained? My inspection report contains relevant information about discovered defects in plain clear cut language. A summary is provided as well as Photos which are offered at no additional charge. I get my reports emailed out before the next morning.
